Description
Well groomed and in tailored robes. He has never looked disheveled and if you think you remember a time he looked scruffy you are simply remembering wrong.
Personality
Expiscor is an odd mixture of humble and smug. He is slow to anger, always willing to talk with people, is quick to offer assistance without asking for anything in return and, while almost imperceptible, has condescending tone while doing so.
While Elves are most certainly a higher race than nearly everyone at camp, the rest do make for good companions and company, and you can hardly expect them to be as learned as an Elf!
